Chongqing Luchi Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 as the gear and transmission component arm of Zhonglu Group. Two decades later we supply forged gears, finished gears and gear blanks to truck, passenger car, tractor, construction machinery and new-energy customers in China and overseas.
Everything starts with the blank. Our closed-die forging lines and isothermal normalizing furnaces give each gear a dense, uniform structure; CNC turning, hobbing, shaping and grinding then bring it to GB/T 6 grade or tighter. Because forging, heat treatment and machining sit inside the same group, process problems are solved on the shop floor instead of across suppliers.
The group operates two production bases covering 67,000 m² with more than 300 CNC machines and an annual output of 30,000 tons. Zhongjin Gear, established in 2022, added a dedicated gear plant with capacity for 6 million gears a year; Anhui Shengjie Precision Forging, started in 2025, extended forging capacity eastward for faster delivery to coastal and export customers.
Zhonglu Group integrates forging, gear machining and precision forging across four plants in Chongqing and Anhui — from raw steel to finished, ground gears in one supply chain.
